Right, or We Rebuild It
If your Brand Codex gets your logo, colors or fonts wrong, reply to your delivery email and we rebuild it free. Digital product, delivered in minutes, so no cash refunds: credits instead.
Why Credits Instead of Refunds
A codex is a set of digital files delivered to your inbox within minutes of payment and hosted at a permanent link. Once it is sent, it cannot be returned. So the promise is about the result, not the money: if the codex is wrong, you get a right one, free.
This policy is shown at checkout before you pay. By paying, you accept it.
What Counts as a Defect
- The wrong logo
- Brand Codex picked a logo that is not yours, or a variant that is not your primary mark.
- Wrong colors
- A palette that does not match your site's brand colors.
- Wrong or missing fonts
- A font that is not the one your site uses, or a font file missing from the ZIP.
- A mockup that failed
- A mockup that did not render, or renders without your logo on it.
- No delivery
- Nothing arrived within 24 hours at the email you entered, spam folder checked.
What Does Not Count
- A change of mind
- You bought it and decided you did not need it.
- Taste
- You dislike the layout or the style of the mockups.
- Your site was wrong
- Brand Codex read what your site showed at the time. If the site had the old logo, so does the codex.
- The wrong address
- You entered the wrong website address by mistake, like a typo or a different site than the one you meant. Check it before you pay.
How to Claim a Rebuild
- Reply to your delivery email. Say what is wrong in a sentence or two. A screenshot helps.
- We rebuild it and send the new link to the same email address.
- Still wrong? Reply again. The rebuild credit stays open until the codex is right.
Starter, Grow and Agency
Every plan is a one-time payment, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Credits are valid for one year from purchase. Unused credits are not refunded. A rebuild of a defective codex is free on every plan and does not use a credit. Hosted links to codexes you already built stay live.
Before You Dispute a Charge
Email us first. A rebuild takes minutes; a dispute takes weeks and costs everyone a fee. If you open a dispute, we respond with the order record, the policy shown before payment, and the delivery log.
