Refund Policy

1. Coverage period

The Total Clarity Guarantee covers 30 days from the date your Brand Codex is delivered to your inbox.

2. How to request a refund

1. Reply to your Codex delivery email (from mike@mk-way.com) with the subject "Refund please."
2. Include a one-sentence reason — what's wrong, missing, or unclear. (We don't need a dissertation. One sentence is enough.)
3. Mike personally reviews every refund request within 48 business hours.
4. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

3. What's covered

• Wrong information in your Codex (e.g., we used the wrong logo or wrong colors)
• Missing deliverables (e.g., promised mockups not included)
• Unclear or unusable content (e.g., color codes that don't match the visual)
• Failed delivery beyond 48 hours of payment without communication
• Technical issues (corrupt files, broken links to assets)

4. What's not covered

• Buyer's remorse alone (we may still refund — we'll ask first what's not working)
• "It looks different than what I imagined" — subjective design opinions are not refundable. We'll work with you on revisions instead, or escalate to a Mike call.
• Talk-to-Build Workshop refunds after the cohort begins (refundable only before the live session starts)
• Requests beyond the 30-day window

5. Why we offer this

We'd rather refund $27 than have you tell anyone we delivered something half-done. The Brand Codex is the front door to our larger work — websites, brand systems, custom builds. If your first experience with us isn't excellent, the rest of the relationship doesn't happen.

The guarantee is real. We've honored it. We'll keep honoring it.

6. Talk-to-Build Workshop

The optional $49 Workshop add-on is refundable up to 24 hours before the cohort start time. After the live session begins, the workshop is non-refundable, but you'll have lifetime access to the recordings.
